This small and stealthy dash cam is black in color, which makes it even more discrete. It’s virtually invisible to anybody who is outside the car. As a dual dash cam, the DR650S-2CH has two lenses; one facing the road ahead and the other one facing backwards.
In case you are not interested in the rear camera you can replace it with an interior camera – the 2-channel, infrared version (2CH-IR). Rather than recording the road behind you, it monitors the inside of your vehicle (backseat all the way to the back window). This is a practical option for cab and taxi drivers, Uber and Lyft drivers as well, because you might need to keep an eye on your passengers while driving.
Note that you can only choose one between a rear and an interior camera; not both. If you opt to go with the rear lens your BlackVue DR650S-2CH will come with a longer cable that can reach the back window (even for long vehicles like mini-vans). Main Features
Full HD footage
The front camera of the DR650S-2CH IR has a standard resolution of 1080P while the rear camera records videos of 720P at 30 frames per second. Both of them deliver fantastic images that are sharp and clear.
Optimized view
